[dm] Hydrogen thruster fuel consumption x0.1 [10]

Description
Lowers all four vanilla hydrogen thruster fuel consumption to 10% of the original, so the fuel lasts 10 times longer. Nothing else was changed.

If doesn't work, place at the top of the mod order.

Well done! Any chance you could also give us the option that just halves the consumption?
