This tactic proved to be very fruitful for Liverpool leading me to winning the Premier League first season and qtr finals of the Champions League. You do not need many transfers to get the results going. I am uploading a few pictures with my results using this particular tactic.

This tactic heavily relies on your inside forwards as they will score many goals for you. I have sold Coutinho and Mane on my second season and the tactic is still working. Achieving the same succeses, bringing only Odegaard for the attacking part of my team. In your U23s you have Wilson and Woodburn which are perfectly suited to play in this tactic and I highly recommend using them.

Do not use any OI or leave it to your assistant.
For general training use either fitness on average or balanced also on average. For match training use att/def movement.
