Jose Mourinho's high possession and control tactics are maybe the most beautiful and complex tactics in the world.I tried the tactic with Blackpool(Sky Bet League Two) and worked perfectly.I use my own corners/free kicks routines so i would recommend you to use them too for a better conjunction between the tactic and routines.All reviews are welcome !

Make sure to follow team instructions. The team needs to get familiar with the tactic before it starts working at 100%.

-The wingers will give a lot of assist.Search for the wingers with 12+ pass.
-When the team is being more familiar with the tactic you will be a beast.
-Do not use 3 substitutes at the same time.When a player will be injured you will not be able to change him.
-Team talk is very important so use it every time when you can.
-Team talk : always encourage your players to play aggresively.When you are near defeat encourage your players aggresively to push forward.
