Actually it appears that corporations only breaks diplomacy with the civ 4 diplomatic features mod.

Unfortunately at the current moment, it does not fix the diplomacy problem, which is currently beyond my skill level to fix, however, I am working towards understanding what causes the issue and then resolving it.

i can tell you from personal experiance that it dosnt fuck up the tech tree,but also the diplomacy panel. does this fix that as well?
