[AB+ Only] More Shoot Speed to Much Enemies (for people who use the harder bosses mod)

some enemies of afterbirth plus have a low shot speed compared with isaac original, so, this mod increase the shot speed of those enemies to get more like the original isaac

I will not show a video showing all the changes because I changed the shot speed of a lot of enemies, so, I will say the changes
