Description
Additions:
Adds water satellites for Nyilli so they're not restricted by a lack of water in their area.

Tweaks:
RACES
Devout only need half as much shrine as control now, this means they are no longer massively restricted in their ship design
Nyilli/Star Children's motherships are 15% cheaper to build, but have 25% reduced weapon range.

Increased the cost of Sinew by +25% to prevent Oko ships being far larger than other races at the same game point. Also reduced the amount of repair provided by Sinew about 14%. Games often came down to who could stop the Oko the fastest, because they tend to be able to build enormous, highly effective ships.

SUBSYSTEMS
Jump drive range increased by 20%, they tend to take lots of FTL to jump distances making them less effective than any other type unless you're heralds. Heralds marginally benefit from this change, other jump drive users may find this change makes it jump drives more viable

Destroyer hulls;
-Reduced armor reisist bonus to +30% (down from +50%)
Destroyers were extremely good due to their combination of speed (via mass reduction), high resillience and damage. This makes them actually pay a price while deleting flagships.

Modified Titan Hull
-Reduces hyperdrive speed by a factor of .8 instead of .66
-Adds a slight armor resist bonus of 10%
-Reduced mass penalty to +25% instead of +50%
Maybe people will use this now.

Modified Colossus Hull
-Power requirements reduced to 15% of the hull rather than 30%.
-Added an armor resistance bonus of 15% to counteract the fact that each tile is far worse than an equivalently sized ship.
Maybe people will use this now.

ARMOR
Reactive Armor is the same weight as Plate.
Neutronium is 10% lighter.
Liquid Armor now has the same build cost and as plate armor and costs a small amount of power. it is also somewhat heavier; The intent is to make Liquid Armor a choice to use rather than being a straight upgrade to every single other type.

WEAPONS
Plasma Thrower
-Reduced power requirements by 20%

I am also trying to figure out the ancient trait but its completely different from the other lifestyle choices. Anyone of you used it before?

I just bought the game recently along with the expansion. Its confusing but it looks very cool. I especially enjoy the way the economy is and even the whole senate thing. To be honest its more like the system lords from stargate in how each faction is its own individual nation but if there is a greater threat to them all they all band together. And because of this I imagine that is why the diplomacy is the way it is since they would most likely have a council of sorts, though one without much power unless the other factions back them up.

Also anyone who is interested I would be willing to play multiplayer.
