This lightweight mod tweaks the vanilla carcinoma health condition in RimWorld, making it capable of spreading to other body parts over time. In the base game, carcinoma is limited to the originally affected organ — this mod adds a small but meaningful layer of realism and challenge.

Carcinoma can now metastasize to other bodyparts.
