this isnt my own tactic ive just tweaked set peices and removed and added few PI (player intructions) will link original tactic as well

Dont use any OI's

Match training is always set to Def Posistioning during the season, Off season set to Match Tactics

For better opponents play Structured, For easier teams play Flexible mentalities
