Outdated - Suspense Schemes: More Filthy Peasants

I'm having trouble replacing this one.

The horribly inept peasants are now more numerous so you can throw more of them at foes not worth tainting your knights' blades. Finally all the squalid inbreds are all in line and this mod should be fully operational.

More starting inbreds! More idiots per region! More slaves... I mean serfs for each Lord! Squires are no longer counted among the mud eaters! Better tech for lazy slacker!

The mod does the following:

Base Peasant: 10
+10 for the Fay Enchantress
+ 5 for Louen and Alberic
2 Per Region with no tech
3 with 1 farm tech
4 with 2 farm techs
5 with 3 farm techs
6 with 4 farm techs

Foot Squires no longer counted among the incompetent serfs.

Now go ahead and throw more of those moronic peasant folk out to be Wood Elf pin cushions.

This is an updated version of my old mod. The invasion of Norsca made all the peasants soil their trousers so I had to remake it.
