Makes easy mode really, really easy (NB: it applies to easy difficulty only, if you pick another difficulty like normal or hard, it won't work)

I mean, ridiculously easy. Good if you want a walk in the park, not good if you want a challenge.

Among other things:
- no chance of death
- (almost) instant level up
- huge food production & storage cap
- very low zombie generation
- very weak factions
- no fog of war
