Fixes the red screen error DLC_0_FacePaint_GD.Arc_FacePaint_Blank in debug mode. (XCom 2 Editor)

Adds the line

[XComGame.X2BodyPartTemplateManager]
+BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="Facepaint", TemplateName="Facepaint_Blank", ArchetypeName="DLC_0_FacePaint_GD.Arc_FacePaint_Blank", bCanUseOnCivilian=false, bVeteran=false)

to

Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\DLC\XCom_DLC_Day0\Config\XComContent,ini


Adds the line

to
