how do you open it

Heads up to those looking to use this: You need to place an animation on the character first.

Set any animation you want, it doesn't matter. Once it's been placed, click on the line of text in the dialogue editor that has the "set_animation" line for that specific shot. It should pop up with the mod window. Click on the animations from there to preview what they look like, and to add them to your character.

An excellent mod; truly phenomenal. Lot of manual work put into the lists for seemingly every major mod's animation lists.
