Shogun

Shogun is an abstract, strategy card game for 2-4 players, set on the court of feudal Japan.
Game takes 30-45 min to play, and its best played with 3 or 4 players.

Each player will try to gather honor for their house, trying to dishonor the Shogun in the process and remove him from the central spot of power in the court. It can be done by removing all honor tokens from him, playing your plot cards or simply killing him.

Game Setup:

Each player gets one random House / Caste card, 1 random Minor plot and 1 random Major plot card, and 2 Honor tokens and 2 Influence tokens

Then all the character cards are shuffled and split into 8 decks consistent of 9 cards. Into each of those decks we shuffle in 1 Shogun's Blade card, and place those decks face up forming a field of 3x3 (it’s called the Court).
Then we place a Shogun character in the center of the 3x3 field (Court)(surrounded by those decks of 10 cards each) and we add 10 Honor that's his starting Honor.

After that each player can play two actions during his turn.
The objective is to manipulate character cards in the Court to execute your plots or House/Caste cards, but you can do that only if players as a group has more Honor than the Shogun.

As with any other of games that I have designed, if you want to try and play this game, friend me, or look for me when I host, and I will teach you how to play.

Game is still in play-testing phases so some rules and components could change during time.
