"Better HP ups"

• Whenever A Snack, Breakfast, Dessert, Dinner, Lunch, Moldy Bread, or Rotten Meat spawns in a boss room, it automatically rerolls into a better heart container item from the boss item pool.

This only works in boss rooms because the boss item pool is the only one with the basic HP items as well as stronger HP items in it, and a lot of your stats end up coming from the boss room (and this keeps from getting subpar items). I might allow it to work in boss challenge rooms too since they use the boss item pool but for now it doesn't.

Heart-Shaped Box currently doesn't track which items are out of the item pool, e.g. it could reroll Dinner into Magic Scab even if you already have seen Magic Scab. This is not intentional and I will fix it when I figure out how to.
