Description
Changes all Barbarians game text to Console Peasants.

Since it only changes text, it is set up to be used with new or saved games.

For languages besides English, only a little bit of the game text is changed because I can't translate it all and it would sound weird if I tried. So for non-English languages, only the most important text is changed to the English "Console Peasants".

I recommend playing as the PC Master Race (3 different versions) with this mod enabled.

The only place that I've found where it doesn't work is the "No Barbarians" button in advanced setup. There is a LOC_GAME_NO_BARBARIANS text tag which the mod changes, but apparently it has no effect.

If you are playing with the English localization and see any other place with "Barbarians", let me know.

Could you possibly make another mod that changes barbarians to "Social Justice Warriors"?
SujperJesse64's comment makes me want that so badly.
I'm sure there are a lot of others out there that would love the mod as well.

well now civ 6 is on switch but its not like they can get mods so i guess it still works

I wound up rewriting the mod so the Barbarians are now Social Justice Warriors. Seeing Cleopatra thank me for clearing them out is actually kinda funny.

Thanks for making this amazing mod. I won't post my edited version, mostly because it's not enough to warrant it's own post. :Sola:

@Cosmic Fox, I received requests to rename the Barbarians a while back, maybe just for fun, so I made the mod for those who were interested.

New Update:

- Found a more reliable way to update game text.
- Updated the mod to support all game languages.
