Earth Maps Archive

Description
The Earth Maps Archive will include high-quality regional Earth maps created for Civ 4 and Civ 5, and possibly a few new additions. Expect periodic updates with new conversions and fixes for uploaded maps. Images are from Civ 5 worldbuilder for now, but the maps are Civ 6!

Currently available:

Central Asia (Large) by hangman
Southeast Asia by hangman

At this point, probably not unless I get back into civ6 (doubtful). Civ6 didn't impress me at the start and I'm still not crazy about it. I also got busy with my career right around when I published this, so bad timing on my part.

I'd love a map of Earth where, when you start, you are with all the current countries (or only the major ones) with all their cities and land. This existed in civ 5, the name was something like Earth 2016 or 2015 or something like that.

@KpopGiffica: There's actually one map I can think of right away. Check out the RFC Asia mod for Civ 4 and let me know if that's about what you want. I'll put up a direct download on CivFanatics in a bit and post the link here.

well technically looking at this map it shows indochina not east asia

If possible, could you do a conversation of a map for East/South East Asia, both including Guinea, maybe even Aus/NZ, and north as far as Ainu/Manchuria? India or not wouldn't matter. Then, if possible, could you do a direct download? I'd like if possible to add some TSL for myself for the civs, and potentially also edit in some other features like Natural Wonders, City States, etc.

I would also like the same for a Medditerranean map, potentially with Persia as well, and most of Arabia and Egypt. North as far as something like the Alps, or the Baltic. Would mostly like an accurate "near east" type map, so I could mape a bronze age type game with ancient civs.
