It can be obtained from the Agriculture Table and is crafted with the following;
-Silicon Boards: 3
-Glass: 1
-Woven Fabric: 1
-Green Flashlight: 1
-AA Batteries: 2

You do realize the cammera light was not green its called IR lighting or Night Vision

Well sadly this is just a camcorder from outlast and we try to make it as close to the OUTLAST camcorder as possible which the camcorder can only zoom, record, and use nightvision, There is sadly no way for us to transform a camcorder into NVGs, BUT, we can make a seperate add-on most likely of a wearable 3 lens-NVG. @Muller

Nice mod and recipe! This reminds me a Night Vision Goggles that I want sooo much and was forgetten in 2015.

Can you transform this camera in a 3 lens goggles, like Splinter Cell? Of course that range would be 360º and can't see so far in underblock like torches.
