Shines-Like-Silver the Argonian Bride

Description
A female argonian marriage alternative to Shahvee.

Shines-Like-Silver has heard about your daring escape from Helgen...and she thinks it's the Sexiest. Thing. Ever.

I made this mod for myself because I was frustrated from Shahvee's apparent fickleness in handing out her quest (Seriously I tried every single thing suggested by the internet. That girl plays hard to get!). Shines-Like-Silver has no required quest, and will be interested in you as soon as you show her the appropriate Amulet of Mara. After marriage she behaves like Shahvee would, and will open a store.

To make it a little bit "lore friendly", I made her Stands-In-Shallow's granddaughter. She's visiting her granddad and can be found at the Argonian Assembly or at the Windhelm docks.

This is my first mod ever, so it's fairly simple. Once I have more experience with the Creation Kit, I hope to tweak Shines a little bit more.

Shines lives at the Argonian assembly in windhelm she follows the same schedule as shavee even tgries to use the same tanning rack as I assume she is a clone of Shavee....I like to use shines for those games where Shavee plays hard to get and NEVER gives her quest.

I subscribed to this, but I keep getting the error "Failed to download subscribed file! Steam error 2" upon startup. The only other mod I have installed is a mod that replaces the kids at the Riften orphanage with beast children. Anyone else getting this? Any fixes..?
