Well Event (Deliver the Pizza)

Merasmus has done it once again!
And by again, we mean ending up in serious debts to the Ghost Mafia.
As a result, it's up to us to help him earn some money by making some Pizza Deliveries to the Underworld. Why us? Well, Merasmus seems to have messed up by turning all of his previous delivery crew into Flesh Eating Pizza Loving Pumpkins. So we're his only and last option to avoid a haunted death by a bunch of Ghosts from the Ghost Mafia!

Well Event is a mix between CTF & Special Delivery while using the CP version of the map for gameplay.

The Objective of the map is to Deliver Pizzas to the Underworld, which can be done via delivering Pizza from your Base or by intercepting the other team.

The Vortex is open for 60 seconds, once closed, it will re-open within 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds. Pizzas can only be delivered while the Vortex is open and the ghosts, despite being ghosts, don't prefer coldly late orders.

The map also features a custom monster as an active map hazard around the map, these flesh eating pizza loving pumpkins will be all over the map; while they might be dangerous to those unaware, attacking them could prove to be useful.

Overall theme was more aiming for a medieval evil lair approach rather than any traditional theme Valve has done in the past while also trying to be preservative of the original maps design.

TODO:
- Implement Custom HUD
- Finish some minor changes
- Add respawn timers for Pumpkins

Technical Issues:
- Lacking Merasmus Announcer Lines since the majority of them reference Doomsday in some way
- The Pumpkins are a new monster, as a result, they are not available without an extension.
