over 50h production duration (normal bp speed)

warp, max. turrets, tons of lights with sensors linked.
massive growing area, tons of
ammo storage, ambient crafting area, two lounges,
15 flats, panorama restaurant, 2 gigantic semi-indoor
landing pads. very few storage - since i use storage-SVs
(in my workshop library: storage 3.0)

will get small updates later on (now i'm playing with planet modifications)
it's being built in survival
