Westphalia and Hannover Flags with Coat of Arms

This Mod gives the nations of Westphalia and Hannover their Proper Bicolor flags: Westphalia blue and white, and Hannover yellow and white; but, to make them more distinct, also emblazons upon both the coat of Arms of the Region/Kingdom.
