Description
(It is my policy that anyone can use the work I've done here, and modify or add it to their own mod, and publish it, though please note the original source.)

This mod replaces most of the Formable colonial nations’ of Central and South America’s flags with an appropriate flag that reflects the actual designs used during the time period of the game, and if they did not exist until after the game I used their earliest known flag.

(Chile not included, as the default flag is already historically accurate.)

Note on Brazil:
Now that the Kingdom of Brazil can be Formed by Portugal as it historically was during the timeframe of the game, I've replaced the flag of Brazil with the Flag of the Kingdom of Brazil:

is the blue and red one hatian? the default haitian flag is historically accurate for early 1800s, right after independence, which is within EU4's time span

Brazil was an empire, not a kingdom, and this is one of the many colonial flags.

just as a information this was the first Argentinian flag https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Argentina#/media/File:Flag_of_Belgrano_(1812).svg
and during the 60 years of civil war, it changed to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Argentina#/media/File:Flag_of_Argentina_(1840).svg (Argentina federation Flag)

The Kingdom of Brazil, if you mean the dark blue flag with the golden sphere, as refereed to in the the above "Note on Brazil".
