"I feel special!"

Have you ever had a run that wasn't going as well as you wanted it to go? Well, then this mod might be something you'd enjoy. Participation Award spawns 4 random coins on pickup and makes special/strong items appear more often throughout your run. It is a treasure and secret room item and it is also compatible with mods, at least to a certain extend.

Thanks to Oroshibu for improving the sprite.

Yeah, broken in regular mode too.

It's broken (at least in greed mode). When I picked it up it caused every item pedestal to rapidly flicker through every possibility in the pool, leaving only breakfast.
