Vortex No Thanks : vortex mechanic removal

This mod remove the vortex mechanic from the campaign.
It stops the AI from performing vortex rituals. You can still perform them though.
I tested it by waiting a 100 turns and not a single AI performed a ritual.

If you use it and an AI still perform a vortex ritual, please post a comment below with the name of the faction you were playing, the name of the faction who performed the ritual, the turn on wich it happened and on wich difficulty.
