Duke Nukem Voice Pack for American Soldiers [INCOMPLETE]

Description
Replaces nearly all voiceclips for soldiers using "American_01" to be Duke Nukem. This mod is a work in progress, but it's about 30% finished and will be updated regularly.

Updating to fix some voice files.


EDIT: After months of trying to get it to work, unfortunately it seems certainly voice lines just can't be replaced, so this is unfortunately forever broken.
