Description
This mod makes the game more active by cutting army upkeep in half for everyone and giving everyone a growth and research boost.

These effects apply to BOTH PLAYERS AND AI
No public order penalties for difficulty.
50% Upkeep reduction for all forces
+20 Growth points all provinces, arks and hordes
+50 Research points all factions

I wish Suspense was back, his mods are (were) the definition of Warhammer fun time. Same as Zaguroth's brokenly OP unit packs.

is there a log wherein we can see the exact changes made by this mod? very interested to try it out but i'm not quite sure what i'm getting
