Still usefull however as a point defense against animals

Hovercraft with a minigun turret I drop it as a "base" defense for my survival factory when I stop so I don't have to look over my shoulder early game or when mining. Can kill most drones from outside there fire range and quickly - only downside is needs a constructor to build the 15mm ammo - up side 15mm ammo is cheap to mass produce so it can be used easily.

Has a effective range of around 500m so can often cover several minerals at once (1000M control area) also helps stop players from sneaking up on you in pvp zones though it was not built for this.

It can not move - its just a turret generator and some fuel tanks used for early game defense - cheap cheap cheap was the goal of this to take out drones or cover a player from predators and such while working in the area - can be recycled easily or left behind.
