The Saracen

This is the end result of a complete overhaul of the second Capital Ship I ever made in this game. It's been here for almost a couple years now as "The Frigate-Fearless". I've always loved the way that ship looked, but it's interior was a mess, and it was more trouble to use than building it was worth. The Fearless was my very first Workshop submission, built entirely in survival mode, one block at a time. In honor of the 2nd anniversary of Empyrion, I've given her a complete re-fit and re-model and a fresh paint job in my signature sinister black and red.

The Saracen is ready for any role that you've got in mind except planetside ops. She isn't designed for atmospheric duty or landing. It's capable of devastating attack and defense, will run for days on end in standby mode, can carry several modest sized fighter craft and accomadate several more on her top deck.

She is officially compliant and completely up to date with Alpha 7, using many of the new textures and models fom v7, and incorporating all of the CV upgrades that resulted from v6. All her blocks have been updated as well, so there shouldnt be any issues with making your own modifications. This is not a starter ship by any means, and will be even less so once Alpha 7 is public.
