Paste this at the end of your GameUserSettings.ini.

FireInterval: The lower the faster it shoots. Default shoots about two bullets per second.
TurretRotationSpeed: The higher the faster, 0 is the lowest effective value.
PlayerDamageMultiplier: Multiplies 'stacked' damage amount against PLAYERS. If stack = 1 and damage = 1200 and multiplier = 2. Damage will be 2400 against PLAYERS.
DinoDamageMultiplier: Multiplies 'stacked' damage amount against DINOS. If stack = 1 and damage = 1200 and multiplier = 2. Damage will be 2400 against DINOS.
DeBuffPercent: Instantly removes x% of health from target PLAYER along with direct turrets damage.
PlayerAddPercentage: True adds a percentage of the players health to the turrets damage.
DinoAddPercentage: True adds a percentage of the dinos health to the turrets damage.

The ModID for this mod is: 1154908489

If you are running this mod on a dedicated server you must specify this mod ModID as a commandline arguement GameModIds=1154908489 or as ActiveMods=1154908489 in GameUserSettings.ini. You only need to specify it as a commandline arguement -OR- in the ini file - not both :) If you have another mod running then use a comma to separate the mod numbers. This mod is fully stackable and does *NOT* need to be called first.

@Henlo I've added two new options to disable PlayerAddPercentage and DinoAddPercentage - the default is true so the turret WILL take a percentage of either's health and add it to the damage amount. False will NOT.

It doesn't seem to matter what you set the damage as. It will inflict enough damage to kill a 120 giga in seconds.
