Ki Blast

Description
This mod adds a "ki blast" type of spell to the game. It is low magicka cost, and low cast time, which happens to have low damage. I figured it would be fun to have a mod that could be casted rediculously fast repeatedly for a little added fun.

Found:
It can be found in the Riverwood Trader on the second floor at the end of the table.

somebosy make a dbz goku outfit and like the ki blasts in dbz like the main ones like goku crillin vageta like all of that stuff please just do it i will be greatfull...

Thanks I just did it for fun then got into ESO lol. You are more than welcome to use the idea or do whatever you want with it. It's open-source.

Amusing little spell, nothing like launching stuff that explodes and bursts into flames! ^_^ I really like how it can be shot rapidly too.

I think someone already did a Kamehameha. I am still learing and lost most of the time to do this recently. I hope someone will make just a straight Kamehameha without stupid sound bites or anything lol.
