Increased the number of Skill Points per Level to 2.

Edit: Skill Dump added, its suprisingly easier to make that i thought. Props to the dudes that made them originally, i basically used those mods as a guide on which tables were needed to be added and all that stuff.

Edit: I removed Skill Dump for the time being. I feel the Dynamic Starting Positions change in the patch, has made it really hard to set up a Skill Dump. I'll have to check and do it from scratch. Which is annoying and might even give up XD.

It has been updated. And yes, the mod works for the AI as well.

Originally i added a Skill Dump, but CA's startpos change really made it hard to add. This mod should be compatible with mods that add Skill Dumps.

Верни (создай) навык для скидывания поинтов. Можно делать ограничение, чтобы он открывался после 25 уровня(для ИИ)
Bring back (create) a skill to drop points. You can make a restriction so that it opens after level 25 (for AI)
