The Shen's Last Gift DLC added SPARK. Long War 2 uses the existing PsiOperative list (and SPARK names, if available) and adds eight new classes: LWS_Ranger, LWS_Assault, LWS_Sharpshooter, LWS_Shinobi, LWS_ Grenadier, LWS_Gunner, LWS_Specialist, and LWS_Technical.
This mod adds nicknames for ALL of those classes, for vanilla and Shen's DLC and LW2. From what I can tell Expanded Callsigns and Nicknames only does the original five vanilla classes.
Feel free to copy the mod into your Steam installation's steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods folder and tinker with it until you get the version you want. Probably the easiest way to get what you want is to go into the Localization/XComGame.int file, copy the commented-out old nicknames, add them to the end of every list (don't just un-comment them, that won't work), and edit them as follows:
;RandomNickNames[0]="All Day" --> +RandomNickNames[(correct number)]="All Day"
SPARKS are a little different; add them to the end without the index number:
;RandomNickNames[0]="Pendragon" --> +RandomNickNames="Pendragon"
P.S. Turning on this mod in the middle of a save game is totally fine, if that's your concern. It doesn't affect your current characters at all, just the process by which characters get nicknames at the moment they level up.
