Victor Kai

Born in the slums of Osaka, Japan, Victor Kai has relied on his fists since day one. While showcasing his brawling skills in the local street fighting rings, Kai attracted the attention of one of the Yakuza's many branches and soon found himself working as a hired gun.

However, while Kai has accepted his destiny of living off his natural talent for fighting, he isn't the kind of man to abandon his principles. After an operation gone awry, Kai fled his home and began to live as a drifter once again.

Years later, a chance encounter on the streets resulted in Kai's current position. Mr. Monopoly's bodyguard, and the ace of his stable, Community Chest. But, the fighting spirit inside of Victor Kai still burns...
