As an aside, do you want to try making a generic version of Singapore's "Red Rhino" fire vehicles? Those vehicles (formally called Light Fire Attack Vehicle (LFAV)), are unique to Singapore and are essentially car-sized fire-fighting urban ATVs; I think they will fit nicely in a dense, Singapore or Singapore-inspired Cities Skylines build.
