Tattered Apparel

Description
Note: This is a simple XML mod, it may register as broken due to me not updating the version number, but I assure you, it almost certainly still works. I'll try to be more on top of keeping supported version numbers updated.

Negates mood effects on wearing tattered or ratty apparel. Simply sets each mood effect to 0 via XML.

Until the most recent update in September 2025 this mod only touched Tattered Apparel (hence the name), however during the update I noticed I excluded ratty apparel, or ratty apparel didn't exist back when I created this mod, who knows I'm old now and forget everything. Anyway, the mod now touches both of those. If you dislike this, please complain in the comments, if you like it and see people complaining, let me know. I'll do whatever, or split the mod, depending on whatever y'all want.

Updated! I appreciate the gentle prodding. I'll be updating my other two workshop mods shortly as well if you use those. I did change one thing, I added ratty apparel mood negation as well. I couldn't remember if it existed before and I intentionally overlooked it or not, but that seems unlikely, so I changed that. Let me know if that bothers you.

hey could you make it so it doesn't have the notification pop up about tattered apparel? the mod works, its just that the notification for it still appears despite it not affecting the colonist.

well to be fair if 50% of my pants were completely destroyed and absent i would probably be a little uncomfy aswell..... dont even get me started on my underware.
