Scenario Description: Grow your population to 15,000 and make a successful city, while dealing with various disasters along the way. Medium Difficulty.

Its okay I already was able to load the Dust Bowl map and do it myself, I was having trouble finding my earlier comment to delete it haha sorry!

Hi, can you build the Dust Bowl map with an outside train connection? I love the map but always wish it had a train connection :(
