Megastructures: Cap Removed & Rebalance

Addon Abandoned

- Removes cap on Dyson Speheres and Science Nexuses
- Re-balance Dyson Sphere and Science Nexus stats to be more similar to the original

Description
If you, like me, didn't like the latest change to megastructures (capping the number of Dyson Spheres and Science Nexuses to 1) this is a mod for do. This mod removes the cap introduced by the latest patch, and also reduce their stats a little to be closer to the original stats (slight buff compared to original. This since the current stats are set under the assumption that you will only ever build one (but who want to build one only?). This mod is incompatible with any other mod which makes changes to the "01_dyson_sphere.txt" or "03_think_tank.txt" files.

Dyson Sphere Changes
Platform Build Cost: 10,000 Minerals & 300 Influence.
Platform Build Time: 1800 days.
Stage 1/2/3/4/5 Build Cost: 30,000 minerals.
Stage 1/2/3/4/5 Build Time: 3600 days.
Stage 1/2/3/4/5 Production: 0/125/250/375/500 energy.
Repair Sphere Build Cost: 45,000 minerals.
Repair Sphere Build Time: 7200 days.

Science Nexus
Platform Build Cost: 10,000 Minerals & 300 Influence
Platform Build Time: 1800 days
Stage 1/2/3 Build Cost: 20,000 minerals.
Stage 1/2/3 Build Time: 2400 days.
Stage 1/2/3 Maintenance: 8/12/15 energy.
Stage 1/2/3/4/5 Production: 30/60/100 Research.
Repair Nexus Build Cost: 40,000 minerals.
Repair Nexus Build Time: 7200 days.
