sounds like a nice vanilla style trinket to round out the occasional tear effect modifier trinkets like pinky eye, push pin or the rubber ball I forgor the name of rn.

make it a 1 or 2 heart devil deal item and make it an item and increase the chance to 40%

Pretty neat idea. Suprised something like this isnt in the game already in passive form.
