Succubus Civilization

Description
Adds the Succubi as a civilization led by Alma Elma.

UA: Have a Good Time: All Improvements provide +1 Culture. Start with 2 settlers.

UU1: Succubus: Replaces the warrior. These units are 3 times faster than the Warrior.

UU2: Wind Warrior: Replaces the Knight. These units move 2 times faster than the Knight but are weaker than the knight.

I second that, should have had a drain effect of some kind (could be done with automatic march promotion, or something to the degree of)
