Neglect

Description
RED has destroyed the forgotten old BLU bases around, but this one... This one is worth keeping! They found an unused nuclear missile!
BLU will try to retake it? Why not retake it AND blow it up with a nuke with ANOTHER nuke so RED doesn't come again? Not a great idea!

This map started as a 72hr map, now has been detailed!
I'm sure it will need more balances or fixes, but there it goes! Tell me your thoughts!
