@shape press B or E respectively, move your mouse over to the "RIFLES" section or press "4" on your keyboard. If you then move your mouse to the option thats on the very left it should say: "SCAR-20". Click to buy it, or you can press "6" on your keyboard. sorry if the guide wasnt clear enough :)
