Most spawn volumes are EST_BOSS, seems mistake.
If use other spawn mode, spawning is slow

Fixed Boss spawn

yeah, boss doesn't spawn, ladder in backside's garage is glitchy, strange ghost windows on roof, you can stuck at trader near spawn at the end of waterfall, zeds sometimes stuck near pipe, weldable wooden gate would be nice, parking room inside building is useless unless you remove wooden window for "tactical retreat".
