No Stinking Fatigue

Description
Description:
Modified INI settings to eliminate the new "fatigue" feature from WOTC.

Note: Will not clear existing fatigue from a soldier on an in progress compaign, but once that soldier is rested, it shouldn't reoccur on subsequent missions.

While I'm sure some value the extra challenge fatigue provides, I'm not one of them.
I found myself too often just trying to find a healthy body to stick onto a team. Like many,
I prefer to build up a core of senior soldiers, then use those to carry rookies later in the campaign.

Not Working? Try the following:
1. Exit Game and clear out your config folder.
2. Unsubscribe/Resubscribe to the mod.

Fantastic mod. Sometimes i feel guilty for turning it off but A. This is a videogame, im here for fun. B. With all the mods, a single mission would drain a full will soldier to shaken due to the increased pod size and count (had this happen hence why i got the mod)

People who tell tales about the complexity of the previous games and how necessary this fatigue mechanic are really weird. I've been playing this series since 2002. It has always been a game about creating a squad of super soldiers. The only thing is that in previous games you had more and more soldiers under control as you progressed to the endgame.
Like, you already have the mechanics of injuries and punishment for them in the form of not being able to use the character. What's the point of this new mechanic if it uses the same logic but is applied automatically?

so does characters still have a will stat or just removes it entirely?
