Description
Changes the original Hearts Of Iron 4 music into a midi version of it.


Current issues:

-The soundtracks "London In Flames" "Operation Compass" "Heroes Of Alamein" "Aggression" "Escalation" and "Retribution" can not be made into MIDIs as you cannot edit them in the game files (I might be able to find a solution but untill then. Although this may not be an issue to some because I believe these are DLC soundtracks.)


Future changes I might make:

-Change every single sound in the game into a midi

Based, and very useful for software that requires MIDI, probably could make AIVA generate osts with this now.
