When resources are scarce, any scrap metal will do. Especially if these are parts of a truck that can be found almost anywhere on the map, along the road to Red Town or in the city itself. Two working hands and a minimum of tools will give you an armor set that provides proper protection. Don't forget to use the rubber from tyres to style up your set.
