Base Complex MK 7

Description
This base is mostly the same at the MK 6, except for a extensive interior texture overhaul, a few new editions like an armory, a hangar door to allow HVs access to the compound and that the CNC building has been moved slightly.

Maybe for MK-8 you could move the CV pad forward and over top of the Mess & C&C. Reduce the footprint of the base by about 1/3 for planets other than Omicron where there are a lot more flat spaces than other planets.
