Luna's Resized Safes 10x4(40) Version (03-19-2021)

Description
Edits to a "Locker" mod found elsewhere on the workshop.
I take no credit for the models or icons, I only take credit for the specific storage sizes and crafting recipes.

I do not know who originally created the models and icons I am now using for the safes, the mod I edited said it was and edit of another mod but did not site original creator, if someone will point me in the right direction I will credit the appropriate person(s) for their content.

This is for easier use on my personal server and for my friends to download. but if anyone else enjoys it, all the better.

If you like my edits, let me know in the comments! or do you think the sizes or cost should be tweaks a little more? Or perhaps you prefer another locker size mod over my edits? I'm not a mind reader so please tell me in the comments.
It is hard to improve if I don't know what's needing improvement.

Edits to lockers were both to reduce insane storage size and reduce insane cost of upgrading.

~NOTE~ New safes are 2x3 in inventory size, I'm leaving it this way as I think their increased storage size should have some sort of drawback.

Safes 1 & 2 only require blowtorch and metal scrap listed.
Safes 3-5 require Crafting 1 skill and blowtorch in addition to the previous tier safe and metal scrap listed.
Safes 6-8 require Crafting 2 skill and blowtorch in addition to the previous tier safe and metal scrap listed.
Safes 9 & 10 require Crafting 3 skill and blowtorch in addition to the previous tier safe and metal scrap listed.

The "more locker sizes" type of mod has been uploaded and re-re-re-reuploaded so many times that I am uncertain who the original author is. If someone would point me to the right person I will credit them properly.

Changed Safe model back to vanilla 'Locker' Model. The model change was unintentional in the first place anyway.
Safes 1 & 2 no longer Crafting skill
Safes 3-5 now only require Crafting skill 1
Safes 6-8 now only require Crafting skill 2
Safes 9 & 10 remain Crafting skill 3

Safe 5 can be crafted with 76 Metal Scrap and a blowtorch, I have not tested how feasible it is to carry that much at once though .-.

I am not worried about this outpacing or otherwise making vanilla lockers obsolete, I don't think that's why you download this mod anyway :P

Version 1.0.6 1/13/2021

Updated to use metal scrap on a whim, to reduce the annoyance and inventory space used by metal sheets.

Edit: Turns out Elver removed metal sheets so this was necessary for Elver compatibility anyways. XD

Thanks to the Elver curated map apparently not having the vanilla locker and instead having a custom safe, the 10x4 safe no longer requires the vanilla locker and is simply made from 6 metal sheet. also Elver had the 1st safe 6x6(36) craftable at crafting II so I made safes 1-3 craftable at crafting II

Hopefully got it working with the newest version of Unturned
Added 5 more sizes going past size 5
Renamed most lockers
added size, slots, health, and upgrade level to item description
Rebalanced size and cost, it is now a flat +40 slots per level. upgrading starts more expensive, but by 60 total metal
sheet spent is about the same size, max size takes 100 metal sheets total.
edited the health to be 1000 per upgrade

Updated for unity 2017.4 or what ever it was that borked old mods.
lockers have new icons and models borrowed from the other locker mod I edited.

Renamed all the lockers
Added some silly flavor text to all locker descriptions
Gave in to my inner hoarder and increased all locker sizes, Hidden Compartment Locker is same size, bigger increases towards higher tiers. (crafting cost are same)

Just did some edits and tweaks, hopefully it fixes the issue with not being able to place the lockers on servers. I still don't have the server software so I haven't personally tested though.

My friend hasn't run his server in forever and I don't think I even have the dedicated server program installed on this computer. I'll take a look into it when I can, though it will be a few days before I can even start trouble shooting this.

I can't place down the Safes and my friend tried it as well is there a reason for this. Also i'm playing on a server :turned:

Okay, I believe I fixed both those issues. The first one is annoying because I went through all the folders and .dats thrice to make sure the names, descriptions, health, size, crafting cost, and IDs were correct. but I missed that file name multiple times. That blank GUID line threw me off, but I deleted everything above "Type Storage" so it was on line 1 and reuploaded, then checked every .dat file and they do have new GUIDs. Thanks for the help, but I don't think I'm going to get the time to test it tonight.

Took a quick look at the files on the version Steam updated me to, and noticed two issues:

1) The .unity3d file for "Lunas_Safe_10x32" was named "Magic_Locker_1.unity3d". From my understanding, the folder, .dat, and .unity3d files must have matching names or it won't work. "Magic_Locker_1.unity3d" should be renamed "Lunas_Safe_10x32.unity3d". This is the same issue that made the last version not work.

2) You deleted the GUID itself, but not the line containing it. The second the game sees "GUID" it assumes whatever following it is the GUID for that item, even if it's blank or incorrect. "Type Storage" should be the first line in each .dat file so the game will generate a new, correct GUID for each item. Just delete the line that says "GUID" on each file.

@GrandMaster Lolicon, I know it's been a year but I've been trying to update this and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@IsahiBrynXD It's because I edited another workshop submission that had all the models the same. I'm not skilled enough to make my own models or I would at least recolor them.

Why those Lockers uses the same model?

The problem with "The Locker of Holding" not existing and not being able to place others seems to do with "The Locker of Holding" not having properly named files. Rename "Locker_1.dat" to "Magic_Locker_5.dat", and "Locker_1.unity3d" to "Magic_Locker_5.unity3d". Delete the GUID line on all of the .dat files so it gets regenerated. Servers may need to restart after the first launch. Worked for me and my server at least.
