Captain/Dev Hat (WITH CAPE)

Description
Want the Captain hat but are too lazy and/or not skilled enough to unlock it legitimately? Luckily for you the new update to Duck Game added cape support on custom hats! Enjoy!

(Edit 3/12/18) - To clarify; If you want the cape with the hat, you need to place the .hat file below into your duck game directory. Simply subscribing to the mod only gives you the hat.

Forgot to mention that subscribing to the mod doesn't give you the cape, only installing it does. Sorry about that. :steamfacepalm:
