Hello guys!
This is my first mod so if you found any bug, please, put it at the comments!

I just wanted to put the Persona 2's Hitler (Fuhrer) in HOI IV.
This mod modify the traits of hitler, changes his name and adds the song "Knights of the Holy Lance"
