[ТОТЕНХЁРТ] BOLSHE YOBA, ok, thank you. But these rules are idiotic, i think. In any case, this mod is not made for commercial purposes.

The user agreement which you signed when uploading this mod mentions among other things that usage of any IP besides WHFB is not permitted by GW. 40k is specifically mentioned as forbidden as well.
